Eventually, some of our guests became property owners and, along with the new owners of our sold properties, tried renting their newly bought houses with several different property manager companies with - you guessed it - no success.
Either they would rarely get rented, they would rent for way too cheap, they wouldn't get their expected ROI, or they would just not give them a good client service.
And so, we started managing their properties for them. We understand the hassle of living abroad, visiting a few times a year, and wanting to find your property in an immaculate state.
